This is my super favorite way to prepare carrots. This soufflé is easier than most souffles and worth a try. It's a little sweet so it can be a dessert or a delicious side dish that will steal the show. Try it out now and make it again for Thanksgiving 2013. It tastes great as is, but I love love love it with Cool Whip on top. My soufflé was still hot in this pic and started melting my whipped topping. So good!!
